Our Valentine’s Afternoon Tea for 2023 is a special romantic-inspired adaptation of Anna Polyviou’s Afternoon Tea. The award-winning pastry chef and ‘Powerhouse of Pastry’ Anna Polyviou has curated a romantic Afternoon Tea, which combines sweet and sophisticated flavours for the perfect Valentine’s experience.

Sweet treats such as ‘Strawberries n Champagne’ – a strawberry jam, pastry crème, mixed berry with a Champagne gel and ‘Berried’ – a strawberry mousse, crème brulee, almond sponge with a rice bubble crunch, along with her famous Afternoon Tea savoury options such as a delicate take on the English style prawn cocktail and egg mayonnaise sandwiches.

Anna’s popular added extra ‘Cake de Jour’ is replaced with Macarons with strawberry yoghurt, madelines with milk chocolate and berried jam and a delicious pie with Chucky Beef, mushroom, gravy and tomato chutney.
