Our first afternoon tea for 2023 features a new menu specially curated by award-winning pastry chef, author and TV personality Anna Polyviou.
Anna is recognized as the ‘powerhouse of pastry’ honing her talents in the world’s best kitchens, from London’s famous Claridge’s with the world’s most influential pastry chefs to working with one of the top chocolatier’s Pierre Hermes in Paris, along with some of the top hotels and venues in her home country of Australia.
Enjoy this limited-time afternoon tea menu featuring sweet and savoury delights that have to be seen to be believed. From a delicate take on the English style prawn cocktail and egg mayonnaise sandwiches, to delectable desserts including Anna’s Chocolate Flourless Sponge with chocolate mousse, and Tropic Twist with flavours of passionfruit and ginger pineapple.
In a special addition to the regular three tiered Afternoon Tea offering, Anna has created a “cake de jour” as an added extra, served from a classic trolley, with the type of cake changing daily.
