The dinner buffet also offers an incredible range of Sydney’s freshest seafood, from oysters, tiger prawns and bay bugs to raw salmon and kingfish. To finish, indulge in desserts like a zesty meringue tart or juicy seasonal fruit, pre-dipped in our own chocolate fountain. If you can’t decide on just one, the Kitchens on Kent Dessert Plate includes a selection of favourites like matcha tiramisu, salted caramel macaron, flourless chocolate cake and a fluffy berry mousse.
